• Your contribution to Japan Day will be used to support our three-pronged mission:

1. Show the local Japanese community's appreciation toward their home city, New York
2. Build bridges of cultural understanding between the people of Japan and the U.S.
3. Facilitate a stronger connection between Japanese local communities.

• Japan Day Inc. is a non-profit organization (NPO 501(c) 3, EIN#20-5864522) and your contribution will be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.  For donations above $250, we will send a receipt for tax purposes if you furnish us with the necessary information (name, address, donation amount); please keep this receipt for your records.
• All donations to Japan Day Inc. are unrestricted and Japan Day Inc. will use the donation at its sole discretion for expenses including but not limited to event planning and management, administration, and donations to organizations whose activities and goals support Japan Day Inc.'s mission.
