Recently, they started LOVE & PEACE project, whose theme is environment and heart. In 2007, they introduced a series of  major scale public performance art titled “100 UMBRELLAS." MireyHIROKIMireyHIROKI was deeply concerned about the popularity of the disposable vinyl umbrellas in Japan, and they were determined to speak up using their creative talent to raise awareness of mass consumption. The performances were demonstrated in Tokyo's busiest locations such as Shibuya, Omote-sando, Akasaka, and Tokyo Tower, Kyoto and Osaka. One of the picture of the “100 UMBRELLAS," which was featured on the first page of the Sankei Newspaper, received 2007 Photography of The Year award.
